There is an option in the menu File/Export and you just select mp3 as the format. Also, in Edit/Preferences/Export section you can set the bitrate (default is 128 but you would probably want 192).
However, by default MuseScore exports mp3 in "joint stereo" format and I could not find a way to make it export mp3 in proper stereo format. The only way I see is to export it as WAV and then use lame to compress it in stereo.
