Unable to Upload any Score
Since 15 september 2019 I am unable to do so.
The upload button is highlighted but nothing happens.

Try File > Save online... from within the MuseScore program itself.
For the Upload on musescore.com you'd need to go there directly anyhow, to https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/, where this got mentioned already in https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/discuss/5049121

Thanks, it works perfectly, even much faster...
This is about the score sharing platform musescore.com and should be reported there, which it has been in for example https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/discuss/5048900 and https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/discuss/5049121
From what I read, for some people using File → Save Online... from within MuseScore seems to work slightly better.
