cannot print MacOs nor MuseJazz on pdf

hi everybody, big trouble toady for me:
1. print icon and command don't' work at all, though MC version is the latest update...
2. I found a workaround exporting but if I use MuseJazz font, it doesn't appear on my score, as if the font were missing. I checked Font Book, and it doesn't show inside the list of all fonts.

So, does anyone have any suggestion? same problem for others?
