Crash when adding an eighth rest
This happens in MuseScore 3.2.3 and 3.3 Release Candidate.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select the first measure of Player 2, Tam-tam clair.
2. Select an eighth rest (or any other rest) and try adding it to that measure.
3. Crash.
Using:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.2.3.7635, revision: d2d863f
and
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.3.0.8479, revision: d3bff12

Ah! You need to be in note input mode, click the rest icon, the the 8th note icon and click in the first measure. This will lead to a crash.
I'm curious. How did you set these instruments up and how do you actually add notes? There are clearly percussion instruments, but entering note input mode on many of them (including tam-tam clair) does not bring up the drumset note entry palette and there is no option to edit the drumset when you right click the staff.

3.3.0 Custom Percussions (originally Common Instruments)?

No. I use a Roland soundfont for percussion. Each instrument is treated like a regular instrument and is not a drumset.

The tam-tam and gong are from a Roland percussion soundfont that I added using the MuseScore Synthesizer routine. Each instrument patch is treated like a single, regular instrument (such as a violin or trombone) in the Mixer. These patches are not drumsets. I use the mouse to add notes. I've been using this soundfont for a while, with other scores, and without a problem until this particular score.
It's a shame these instruments are NOT drumsets, becuse then they would be even more useful, containing all the hits, rolls, and mallet sounds.

Here I have in use a previous version (32 bit) and it seems to work regularly.

Okay, I think you're on to something. I use the 64 bit versions, not the 32 bit ones. Perhaps the problem is only in 64 bit versions.

Sorry wrong post

That's quite all right. It's no trouble at all, except that I've already told the Boss that I would have it working. So "he" gave me an early Halloween bonus. I was just finishing the list of toys that I was going to get my 27 children when I read "Sorry, wrong post". What am I going to tell my little children, my little bambinos, my little killers, eh? That they will not get Halloween presents this year because I could not make the percussion go? What must I do now? Make a stew of them? A $60 Halloween bonus. And now it's gone. Game over, man, Game over.

UPDATE: Crashes with the 32-bit version as well. Same procedure of trying to add any note or rest to a percussion staff.

UPDATE: Okay, so the score is corrupted.
What I did was to eliminate most of the staves except the first eight at the top of the score. I know the first four staves are okay. I tried entering notes on the fifth and sixth staves and it crashed. The last staff I could enter notes okay. So I was dealing with at least two corrupts staves. I deleted and then add back those instruments and it was fixed. So now I'll go through each one, deleting and adding as needed. But, this is a problem since it was unexpected, what if it happens again in another score. Something happened that should be looked at.
