Editing multiple parts at once
I'm working on a piece for my ensemble, and I'm wondering if there's a way to edit all parts at once, like for example, moving the title to the same place on each part or changing the font size of the subtitle on all parts. If not, then I'll do each separately, but it would be nice to edit them all and save some time.

Yes, make the change using the corresponding style setting rather than a manual adjustment, then hit the Apply to all Parts button in Format / Style.

I am currently trying to add page breaks and system breaks for each part at the same time, is there any way to edit that aspect specifically? When I try to add a page break on trumpet, it doesn't change for saxophone, and so on.

Nor should it normally - it would be pretty unusual for all parts to be so similar that they can use the same breaks. But if you've a special situation where that applies, you can download and enable the "Export layout breaks to parts" plugin from this site.
