Piano score with treble and Bass Cleff

Online and in youtube vids I see a treble and bass clef connected together so it looks like regular piano music. How come all I see are single lines available, where is the piano setting??

Either File >New (create a new score) and, for Instruments, choose Solo >Piano.
OR, for existing score, (Menu) Edit >Instruments >Keyboards >Piano to add a piano grand staff.
