Writing for Double Choir
I'd ideally like to split a piece halfway through from SATB into double choir (SATB/SATB) rather than write both parts on each stave as they are carrying different themes. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about doing it? (I'm pretty new to the software)

Yes, just add all the staves you will need, add the notes, then turn on Format / Style / Score / Hide empty staves.
