Hi can you help me get a REFUND?

Hi so recently i wanted to try the pro feature so i clicked on the free trial, but it ended up charging me a year for it, I tried emailing to the support team but they only sent me bots that did not help me, can any of you help me?



This isn't the right site, the pro account is over on musescore.com. But the support people are the ones you need to talk to, just keep trying. If it's just a question of you not canceling your trial soon enough, though, I wouldn't expect to get far.
