Importing PDF files

I tried using the free experimental feature of converting PDF files to .mscz
Apparently it worked after a few seconds, but when I clicked on the "download" option if just took me to a page full of strange symbols [picture]. I tried with a different file and the same thing happened. It didn't display any error messages or anything.
Can anyone tell me if the feature isn't working or if the problem is with my documents, please?
