Multiple Composers and Suites.

I am trying to arrange a suite based on several different pieces by several different authors, which led to confusion when saying that the work is not original.
The work being arranged is The Void Suite, a part of a game's mod's OST. Found below.

When adding a new composition in "What Work of Music is the Score For?", I'm fairly sure that the work is not in the public domain. But what should I put for the official title and the composer name?
