Drumset cue rest placement is too low

Maybe it's a matter of taste, but I find that the default placement of rests when creating cues in drumset parts is too low, and I always have to move them up. Having the rests placed on the 5th line makes it cluttered. Much better is one space above, which I think you'll find this is the default for other notation software, and it's how I've always done hand copied charts.
