The menu Add->Text->Append text frame will allow you to add text to the end of the score. There is practically no automated formatting except the text box will grow to accommodate the text you enter.

Is the "Append " frame a feature only on the pro version ?? I can't find it in my version which I think is just 3.1.2.

3.1.2 is pretty old by now, best to update to the current (3.3.3). But this option hasn't changed in many years. Click the Add menu, you'll see Frames, click that, you'll see the "Append Text Frame" command.

My error it Add->Frame->Append text frame, not Add->Text...

Thanks Marc...I do have 3.3.3 and I was able to solve the problem with yours and a Mike320 's help.
My junior high class will be the beneficiaries !! Work in the last 2 weeks before summer holidays ...they'll love you for solving this for me !!
