I want to turn off Volta 1 at 32nd measure after D.C al Coda. How can I do it?
The song works measures: 1 >> 91 >> 1 >> 31 >> 38 >> 90 >> 62 >> end.

This (what you wrote) is vague:
1 >> 91 >> 1 >> 31 >> 38 >> 90 >> 62 >> end
….because 1 >> 31 >> 38 >> 90 could mean 1 >> 90
or maybe 1 >> 31 > jump to > 38 >> 90
Something like this is clearer:
Start at 1
Play to 91
Jump to 1
Play to 90
Jump to 62
Play to end
