should be crescendo in 2º or 3rd voice.
There is no voice 1 it seems, which is a mistake already, every staff has to have a voice 1 and you should start entering from that, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/voices
Other than that: hairpind and dynamics don't apply to voices, only to staff, part or system (part being the default). See also #58031: Dynamics/hairpin range for Voice
But maybe I don't understand your issue here, please clarify
