3.2.4.9066 "dim" and "p" can not be vertical moved when they are adjacent?

As titled with this Christmas song,
Ave Maria (Gounod, Charles - J. S. Bach) v3.mscz

Bar 28 and 29, "dim" and "p" can not be vertical moved up with Ctrl+Up?

Ctrl+Up is for moving a note up by an octave.
To move other elements (slurs, ties, stems and TEXTS) you use the key [X] to change the position (above - below).

Ctrl+Up also moves text and other elements 1sp at a time.

Autoplace is trying to align the dim line with the dynamic but doesn't know which one should win. Easiest to disable autoplace for one or both elements.
