Look at the Synthesizer page of the handbook, say: Mouse over the buttons in the "Save/Load Synthesizer settings" section".
Expected result: The buttons shouldn't change colour.
Actual result: The buttons turn white.

Confirmed,
All pages containing buttons have the same behavior.
Synthesizer is a page I updated recently, I have tested with other pages.
Seems to be an issue existed already for longtime.
