I am having the same issue... :( windows 10. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling musescore, but it doesn't help.
Try reverting to factory settings. However, it is unlikely the same problem, you're on Windows 10 and (hopefully) MuseScore 3.4.2, the OP on Ubunto and MuseScore 3.3 and as such most likely a duplicate of #296082: Palettes completely invisible and unusable in Ubuntu 18.04, using AppImage.
