Well you're right -- I did not thoroughly, only scanned it for a hint to the problem which the page does not provide.
Anyway, I think people with this issue likely have not yet confirmed their email addresses.
This is what happens when the email address is not yet confirmed. After confirming my email address my comments actually do show up as expected.

Why I always need to verify? I hate it sometimes!
I think its beacause of my hated thing, email verifications. I cannot comment on other music sheets EXCEPT this.
