Is there any way to convert Finale files (.musx) to MuseScore? How about MuseScore to .pdf?

Yes to both.

Export to MusicXML format in Finale and then open the exported MusicXML file in MuseScore.
MuseScore can export directly to PDF. No additional software needed.

MuseScore to PDF is easy: File > Export
Finale to MuseScore doesn't work directly, except via MusicXML (export in Finale, Import "File > Open" in MuseScore)

Export to MusicXML in Finale (Dolet plugin?), MuseScore can import those;
MuseScore to .pdf File Export.
