Deleting an instrument crashes the application

I create a page with Viol, Clar, Piano. Then I don't want to keep the piano (takes too much room on page). I try to remove it using Create / Instruments / [select piano] / Delete. Constant result is attached error message: MS Visual C++ Runtime Library etc (see screenshot).
