Hi!
I noticed that ever since updating to version 3.4.1, creating drum parts (using a 'Drumset' instrument) with the mouse is causing major problems.
More specifically, when going into 'edit' mode (by pressing 'N') and selecting a drum sound ('Splash Cymbal', for example), the program automatically adds a splash cymbal note.
This makes it impossible to first choose a sound and then place it with the mouse onto the staff.
What's worse is that these automatically added notes replace the current selected note as well - so I'm not quite sure how one would stack multiple drum sounds using this new system.
Has anyone else encountered this problem as well? Or am I missing something?

I have the same problem and didn't see this before opening a similar issue.
this is a duplicate and the old double-click behavoice will be bacl for drumsets in 3.4.2

I see, thanks! I couldn't find any issue that adressed this before posting, so I must have missed it somehow. Good to hear that this is already being worked on!

Yeah, I can't tell you how much I do not want this to happen, lol.
As said, this will be fixed in 3.4.2 and is already in the development builds
