How to reduce the size of a multirest symbol?

I was playing around with the settings of a piece, trying to get it to all fit on one page, and in the process my multirest symbols now stretch to fit the whole measure, with no gaps on either side near the barlines. I can't find which settings will fix this problem and I don't want to just reset everything else as I've just got the rest of the page displaying nicely.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
