My Upload Doesn't Work At All On the Website

Hello, I am a Musescore user who is struggling with an uploading error for this score: https://musescore.com/maxwell-kowal/chorale-1

When I upload a particular score, it uploads onto the website. When I click the play button, however, it loads and then doesn't play; not even the highlighted scrolling feature activates. Before I click play, the duration indicator reads 00:00 / 00:48, but when I click the play button, it reads 00:00 / 00:00 and remains like that. I keep clicking the play button and it does nothing. I tried listening to my other scores and they all played out fine. I keep updating the score, changing certain MIDI effects to their default settings, and it still doesn't work. Finally, I delete a score that was taking up a slot on the website (because I am not a pro member), one that I worked on immensely, and it still doesn't work.

I think there is a glitch with the uploading tool, and I deleted a really good score because it. I do not see any troubleshooting articles related to this, so my last attempt at a solution purely out of desperation is to contact the help desk. What is happening and how do I fix it? Your response will be greatly appreciated.
