Chord Appearance (Jazz)

I have been using this program to compose and arrange jazz lead sheets and have been amazed by the softwares capabilities. I am however, I am trying to clarify whether there is a way to illustrate chord extension stacked on top of each other. For example, if an F7(#5)(#11) is written, can I cause the chord to stack the #11 on top of the #5 alongside the F7? In addition, is there a way to add more Musescore fonts? Is there an option for poly chords?

There is not currently an option to stack extensions. You can with some effort get it to do this by hand-editing the XML file for the chord descriptions (see Format / Style / Chord Symbols, and search this forum for previous discussions with examples, but warning: it's not trivial). As for fonts, and ordinary text font on your system can be accessed by MuseScore, but if you mean fonts for the notation itself, no, those have to be compiled into the program.

For polychords, easiest way to enter them is as three separate chords: first the bottom chord (eg, C7), then on the same beat enter a dash or underscore or series of them to form the horizontal bar, then the top chord (eg, D).
