Uploading a score

• Mar 18, 2020 - 07:13

Are there any benefits (other than exposure) to uploading a score? Such as a discount on the monthly membership rate, etc.

Is there a peer review process before making an uploaded score available to the other members? I am talking about the presentation and not the music itself.

Uploading it here on musescore.org has no goal at all.

Uploading it to the online score sharing platform of musescore.com allows you to publish it and engage in the online community over there. Questions about that platform should be asked over there (see https://musescore.org/en/node/277874 for a clarification of the different sites and their purpose).

There is no peer review process at all, unless you set that up yourself. AFAIK no discounts on the membership are given purely because of uploading scores (uploading is not a competition after all).
