Change default Text Colour?

When chord symbols are added to each bar, they are alway in black colour! I like them to be in blue, so, after adding the chord symbols, I had to physically change each symbol from black to blue, both in the score and then again in each individual part!... very time consuming! Is there a way that I can make blue always the default standard colour when adding chord symbols to both the score and each part!
Also, when I changed the chord symbol colour from black to blue in the score, why doesn't this automatically generate the same colour change in the individual parts, without having to physically change the colour again in each part? Also vice versa, if I were to first change the chord symbol colour in the individual part rather than the score, why doesn't the same colour change generate in the score?
I would like the same to apply to any text I add such as, for example, 'Rehearsal Mark', which I like to be in red!?
