Repetition command of chords doesn't tie across bar-lines correctly

1) Create a quarter note offset by an eighth so that it will inevitably require a tying when repeating.
2) Issue the repeat command ['R'] until next measure

Result: only one note ties over instead of the complete chord. Obviously, expected is the full chord.
