OVERCHARGED
I am so frustrated. I was charged $72 by MuseScore for my annual membership. I want my $20 back and ive submit multiple complaints only to receive their auto message about cancelling my subscription. I don’t want my subscription cancelled, I would like to be charged to appropriate amount and be given back OVERCHARGED money. I have run out of contacts for them besides here. Please someone help

I have my bank statement and can provide proof of the overcharge. Someone help me I can’t contact anyone who runs this app.

Doe billing there is only support@musescore.com. And only 5*9 Kaliningrad time. And currently all of Russia has a shutdown.
You can get your bank to reclaim the wrong booking.
