Automatic and semiautomatic Input not listening to note-off midi signal in transposed score

When i input notes with Automatic or semi-automatic input via usb midi keyboard the notes that i already released get written again and again in the next chords. the new notes i press are added. so i end up with clusters.
It seams the problem only occurs when i have only transposing instruments in the score. Adding a non transposing instrument fixes the problem.

Tested with version 3.4.2 and 3.2.3 in debian 10 with alsa and with jack input.
