Palette Menu Font Size

Is there any way to increase the size of the text for the Musescore menus? The words and symbols are barely visible in whatever default setting this is on.

Also note the score is too small, you had to zoom in to make it readable. This happens if your OS is not reporting the monitor resolution correctly. Solution is to override the OS and tell MuseScore the resolution yourself, by adding "-D xxx" option to the command line when starting MuseScore, where "xxx" is the actual resolution.
