My pro is gone

I already started pro with a free trial and continued to pay for it but starting yesterday all of a sudden my pro was gone. It keeps telling me to start a free trial again but won't let me start a free trial. When I go to buy a pro membership it sends me back to the trial page. It also keeps recommending to merge accounts but this is the only account I own on musescore.
