Load Error, Cannot read file

I have been working on an orchestra for many hours. I have tried to reopen my file, but it did not work. Additionally, I tried to search for backup files but I was unsuccessful. I kindly ask for any assistance concerning this matter, as this has happened numerous times in my course of utilising MuseScore.
