MuseScore shows me in subscriptions that I am an ACTIVE pro member but I don't have ability to download music

I've been using MuseScore for a while now and I just came across this issue today. I look under "Subscriptions" and it says that I am currently an active pro member and shows when my next billing date will be. However, I do not have the ability to download sheet music like a pro member would. Also if I click 30 day free trial it just brings me back to the home page. Can someone help with this issue?
