Steps to reproduce bug
1) change language to a non-English language(in my case Hebrew)
2) try to use hotkeys, they won't work anymore
pls fix this bug it's very frustrating thx (:

What do you mean by 'hotkeys', keyboard shortcuts as set in Edit > Preferences > Shortcuts, or menu mnemonics (Like Alt+F for File)?
The former have got nothing to do with translations, the latter in fact do though.
Both work for me, using the German translation, BTW, so definitely not any non-English language
Hebrew and Arab might be very special cases here, both being RTL languages (read/written right to left)
