Can't open file
Yesterday when I attempted to open the score that I have been working on, musescore claimed that it couldn't read the file. All of my other files are working normally. Is there anything I can do to solve the issue?

Look at Shoichi's link and see if you can find a recent working file. Your current file is, I'm afraid, not readable as it seem that something went wrong when it was saved (I tried using some recovery tools).
Yet another instance of #271185: Scores corrupted beyond repair, containing nothing but zeros :-(
