Single click palette opening

After updating from 3.2.3 to 3.4.2 I can't open palettes with a single click, only via double click or by clicking on a tiny arrow on the left side. Both options are inferior compared to previous opening by just one click anywhere on the palette name.

The only other usage of single click on palette is dragging it to rearrange the order of palettes, and this seems like a unjustified reason to disable singleclick:
1)Opening/closing palettes is a significantly more frequent action than rearranging their order
2)Inside palettes you can drag items like articulations and other stuff too, and these features are nonetheless applied to the score by single click (which I consider superior)
