Setting certain instruments as defaults

So I write mostly orchestral music and I'm pretty picky with my sounfonts, and because of that I have a lot of soundfonts I use. My question is this. Everytime I create a new score whether it be a solo piece, orchestral or chamber whatever it defaults to the musescore sounfonts for all instruments (however sometimes I will use the musescore sounfont for some instruments) but for example, all my winds my winds I set to a soundfont manually (symphonic sounds - Lauelin); And I'm wondering if there is a way to make this automatic either partially with assigning all the winds, brass, etc. a sound (theres various sounds for the same instruments in this soundfont) in a specific soundfont or completely, with assigning all the parts automatically with the specific sounds I perfer when writing.
