Musescore not playing certain instruments

Hello, I decided to download a song off of musescore today and play it on the musescore app. It played well for the first time, then I decided to change a single instrument. After I changed it, the only part of the song it would play would be that one instrument I changed. I changed the instrument back, but it still only plays that one part. Does anyone know how to fix this?
