Removing unused systems at end of score, but keeping others

I've written an organ prelude that uses three systems: two manuals (solo & treble clef) and bass clef. I wish to continue with only the treble clef and bass clef as the hymn accompaniment to the congregation. Is there a way to remove the top treble clef that is used for the solo from the hymn accompaniment page?
