IPad transposition
When I download scores I've modified to the IPad/Iphone, the transposition dialogue claims there are in the key of C no matter what key they are in. How do I reset this (on a Mac or in IOS).

You can't modify scores on the iPad, at best you can change how they display.
And help about the iPad App is not available here on musescore.org, try https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-ios/

Jojo, Thank you for your response but I am not trying to modify the score on the iPad. I just want it to display the transpose dialogue correctly, based upon the original key of the song. It does this for some songs, but not others. There must be a setting in the file created on the computer (Mac or PC).
The linked score clearly shows the key signature of 2 flats and the instrument being piano, even in the details section of the uploaded version of musescore.com. So that much seems entirely correct.
It showed the same if I opened it up locally after downloading.
So then yes, I have to assume that it is the mobile application that is somehow failing here. And support for that application is not possible through these forums, but is given via the group Jojo linked you to.

For what it's worth, the android app also claims
C,a
as the original key of the work
