Unable to edit the text of a bend

I feel like I have looked at every forum post about this but still cant figure it out. How do I change the text of a guitar bend from 'full' to '1/2' or '1/4' etc. There is no option in the inspector and I can't double click on the text to change it.
Im on Mac, Musescore version 3.4.2.25137
