Musescore is not letting me download sheet music!

Whenever I try to download sheet music as a PDF, musescore won't let me and says it isn't avaiIable for "trial members". I am a paid pro member for months. I have logged out and back in. This problem has been happening for weeks now, and I have tried emailing support about it. This is unacceptable and I'm getting really frustrated not being able to access what I have paid money for.
