Dal Segno (D.S.) al Coda: At the "D.S. al Coda" sign, playback jumps to the Segno symbol (i.e. the segno tag) and then plays up to the To Coda (i.e. the coda tag). Playback then continues at the Coda symbol (i.e. the codab tag).

you need a SEGNO where Musescore jumps when he finds your D.S. so D.S.is after the SEGNO

if you want a CODA you need a CODA at the end of your work, and a symbol TO CODA, between SEGNO and D.S.to says to Musescore when he goes down to the CODA

Best guess without seeing the score: you forgot the "To Coda"
