My song got reseted and my tempo got way slower and that's not what I wanted.

You have a tempo text that says the speed is 160 quarter notes (crotchets) per minute and that is the speed it plays at for me. To increase the speed change that 160 to something larger.
Or, perhaps you have adjusted the speed in the play panel. If so, open the play panel and double click on the central (tempo) slider to reset it to 100%.
