Why the midi file doesn't play in Musescore the same way like VLC media player
I have this midi file (attached) and imported it into Musescore (the latest version). When I play it, it sounds very differently from what I expected. To compare, I played the midi file in VLC media player with the sound font installed in Musescore. VLC media player plays the midi file quite well.
Is this a bug?

Can you be more specific about what you think is wrong?
Except the the tempo I can't tell the difference
A midi file is not a recording - it is an instruction set to play a series of notes on the available "instruments" which are determined by the soundfonts installed on the system and used by the playback software. Do you mean the speed is wrong?
