I can't play the track I made
I started using the MuseScore creator yesterday and it was working fine. However, when I used it today, I could not play the track I made.

Thank you for your suggestion. All scores are affected and I have done a factory reset 2 times as the synthesizer option is greyed out

What operating system do you use?

Windows 10 but I downloaded it from the website. I checked my I/O and my MIDI Input and Output are empty

Try the Beta: https://musescore.org/en/download or download again.
But if it works initially I think it might be some Windows setting.

Thanks for your help, the problem has been resolved. Turns out that I could not use a bluetooth output.
