Transposition doesnt do anything?

The notes don't move on the sheet music. Im trying to transpose C into Eb so i can play a piano piece on my Alto Sax. But the transposition feature doesnt work

Am i doing something wrong? The transposition value is (+3 Eb, c).

How do i transpose C to Eb so i can play this music on my sax?

Im using the android app by the way
