Technical problem APP from my Samsung

Hi, I have downloaded the app and login in. I cannot see the parts when I select a piece. I see the play buttom and all the other tools but not the parts (no notes, quotations ans so on). Any hint? I was a premium acount but now canceled since I was not able to see the parts. Best
