Not responding when i'm opening to second time the program

When i open the first time the program, it's works, but when close and i want to open it again, musescore's freeze (not responding) and won't open again. Need help. I'm using MuseScore 3

You're certainly nor using 3.5 (the title bar would look different). But what?
