Problem with measure/bar size
I need to write that part like on image but i dont know how. It looks like measures/bars have different sizes.

no no look on the image, i mean measure duration, there upper bar is 7/8 but lower is 3/4 and i need to make that

That is not 7/8 it is 3/4 with a triplet on the first beat and quavers (1/4 notes) on beats 2 and 3. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tuplets#normal-mode for how to create a triplet.
